1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to PPS Nutrition.

5. Product Information and Availability

PPS Nutrition attempts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, ingredient information, nutritional information, sizes, quantities, and availability.

However, manufacturers may change formulas, ingredients, packaging, labels, serving sizes, warnings, or product specifications without prior notice to PPS Nutrition.

6. Orders

An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. Acceptance generally occurs when payment is successfully confirmed and the order is approved for processing.

If PPS Nutrition cancels all or part of an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and financial-institution processing times.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the contents, quantities, shipping address, contact details, and total cost before submitting an order.

Requests to modify or cancel an order are not guaranteed once processing has begun. PPS Nutrition will make reasonable efforts to assist when the request is received before packing or shipment.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are shown in United States dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees that may be calculated during checkout.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates may change without prior notice. The price charged for an item will generally be the price displayed and confirmed during the applicable checkout session, subject to correction of obvious errors.

PPS Nutrition may correct typographical, technical, pricing, or calculation errors before or after an order is submitted.

If a material pricing error affects an order, PPS Nutrition may contact the customer for confirmation at the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

Customers are responsible for sales, use, or other taxes imposed on a purchase, except where PPS Nutrition is legally responsible for collecting and remitting those taxes.

Taxes are calculated using the information available during checkout, which may include the product tax category, delivery location, and applicable tax rules.

Promotional codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, and other promotions:

• May be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum-purchase amounts, geographic restrictions, or customer eligibility requirements.
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• May be limited, modified, suspended, or withdrawn when permitted by law.

PPS Nutrition may reject or reverse a promotion when it was obtained or used through fraud, technical manipulation, duplicate accounts, or a violation of the promotion terms.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, or by other providers made available during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

PPS Nutrition does not directly store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or equivalent sensitive card credentials on its application database. Payment information is handled through the applicable payment provider's secure systems.

Payment authorization does not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled. An order may still be reviewed, declined, limited, or canceled under these Terms.

A payment may be declined or delayed because of:

• Insufficient funds or restrictions imposed by the cardholder's financial institution.
• Incorrect billing or payment information.
• Fraud-prevention, identity-verification, or risk controls.
• Technical or network errors involving the payment provider.
• Restrictions applicable to the payment method, product, or delivery location.

The customer's bank or payment provider may display a pending authorization even when an order is not completed. The timing for releasing a pending authorization is controlled by the applicable financial institution.

Refunds approved by PPS Nutrition will generally be submitted to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Customers agree not to initiate an improper chargeback for a valid transaction. Before disputing a charge, customers are encouraged to contact PPS Nutrition so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address submitted or selected by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, postal code, country, phone number, and any other information reasonably required for delivery.

Address-validation or autocomplete services may suggest standardized address information. Customers remain responsible for confirming that the final address selected for the order is correct and deliverable.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Processing and delivery may be affected by inventory availability, carrier operations, weather, holidays, emergencies, address problems, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of PPS Nutrition.

PPS Nutrition will use reasonable efforts to ship orders within any timeframe stated during checkout or in the applicable order confirmation.

If PPS Nutrition determines that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, the customer may be notified of the delay and, when required or appropriate, offered the option to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund.

Delivery is generally considered completed when the carrier's tracking information records delivery to the shipping address, mailbox, parcel locker, reception area, or other authorized delivery location.

Customers should promptly inspect delivered packages and report missing, damaged, incorrect, or visibly tampered-with shipments within the period stated in the Return and Refund Policy.

PPS Nutrition is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package, or lack of access to the delivery location.

If a package is returned because of an address problem, non-collection, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. Any refund may exclude nonrefundable shipping or carrier charges to the extent permitted by law.

Risk-of-loss and title provisions may vary based on applicable law and carrier arrangements. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are governed by the PPS Nutrition Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless a product page, manufacturer policy, or applicable law states otherwise, PPS Nutrition may accept a return of an eligible unopened product when:

• The return request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.
• The product remains unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, safety seals, labels, and product identifiers remain intact.
• The product was purchased directly through the PPS Nutrition website.
• The return is authorized in advance and follows the provided return instructions.

For health, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, dietary supplements and similar consumable products generally cannot be returned after they have been opened, unsealed, used, partially consumed, altered, or removed from their original condition.

Products may also be ineligible for return when they are:

• Marked as final sale or nonreturnable.
• Clearance items, samples, promotional gifts, or free items.
• Expired or damaged after delivery because of improper storage or handling by the customer.
• Subject to manufacturer-specific restrictions.
• Returned without authorization or outside the applicable return period.

If the customer receives an incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, recalled, or materially compromised product, the customer should contact PPS Nutrition promptly and provide the order number, description of the issue, and photographs when reasonably requested.

For an approved merchant or fulfillment error, PPS Nutrition may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. PPS Nutrition may provide a prepaid return label or determine that return shipment is unnecessary.

Returns made because of preference, ordering error, or another reason not caused by PPS Nutrition may be subject to return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by PPS Nutrition.

Returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved. PPS Nutrition may deny or reduce a refund when an item does not satisfy the return requirements or is returned in a condition materially different from the condition represented by the customer.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and reviewed, unless another resolution is agreed upon.

Refund processing times displayed by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider are outside the direct control of PPS Nutrition.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's non-waivable rights under applicable law.

11. Health and Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

PPS Nutrition is an online retailer and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or healthcare services.
