This Shipping Policy explains how PPS Nutrition processes, ships, tracks, and handles delivery issues for orders placed directly through the PPS Nutrition website.
Shipping methods, rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and geographic availability may vary based on the products ordered, destination, carrier availability, inventory status, and other operational factors.
1. Policy Overview
PPS Nutrition ships eligible products purchased directly through pps-nutrition.com.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, fraud review, inventory availability, address verification, product restrictions, and carrier availability before shipment.
An order confirmation or payment confirmation does not mean that the order has already shipped.
PPS Nutrition may divide an order into multiple shipments when products are fulfilled from different locations, become available at different times, or require separate handling.
This Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the PPS Nutrition website. Products purchased through another retailer, marketplace, distributor, or manufacturer are subject to that seller's shipping policies.
2. Shipping Destinations
PPS Nutrition currently ships only to destinations made available during checkout.
Shipping availability may depend on:
- The destination country, state, territory, postal code, or local jurisdiction.
- Product-specific regulatory or manufacturer restrictions.
- Carrier service availability.
- Address type, including residential, commercial, military, mailbox, parcel-locker, or post-office-box addresses.
- Product weight, size, temperature sensitivity, hazardous classification, or other handling requirements.
PPS Nutrition may decline or cancel an order when the selected destination cannot be served or when shipment would violate a carrier, manufacturer, legal, or regulatory restriction.
International shipping, shipment to United States territories, military addresses, or post-office boxes may not be available unless specifically offered during checkout.
Customers should not assume that a prior successful shipment guarantees that the same product or destination will remain eligible in the future.
3. Order Processing
Processing time is the period required to review, prepare, pack, label, and transfer an order to the shipping carrier.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders generally begin processing after:
- Payment has been successfully authorized or confirmed.
- Fraud-prevention or account-verification reviews have been completed.
- The shipping address has been accepted.
- Inventory has been confirmed.
- Any required manual review has been completed.
Orders submitted on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours may begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during:
- Holidays or promotional periods.
- High-volume sales events.
- Inventory audits or supplier delays.
- Severe weather, emergencies, or service interruptions.
- Address, payment, fraud, or order-verification reviews.
- Product recalls, expiration reviews, damaged-stock investigations, or quality-control holds.
A shipment notification is normally sent after the order or applicable package has been transferred to the carrier or a tracking number has been created.
4. Shipping Methods and Rates
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on the information available at that time.
Shipping rates may be calculated using:
- Delivery destination.
- Package weight and dimensions.
- Number of products or packages.
- Selected delivery speed.
- Carrier pricing.
- Handling, insurance, signature, or special-service requirements.
- Applicable promotions or free-shipping offers.
PPS Nutrition may use one or more independent carriers and may select a different carrier or equivalent service after checkout when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
A shipping method name may describe the expected service level rather than guarantee use of a particular carrier.
Free-shipping promotions may be subject to minimum order values, destination restrictions, excluded products, service-level limitations, or other stated conditions.
Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect address, address correction, refusal, redirection, storage, re-delivery, or customer-requested service may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown during checkout, in an order confirmation, or in tracking information are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
An estimated delivery date generally includes the anticipated processing time and carrier transit time based on information available when the estimate is presented.
PPS Nutrition will use reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated before the customer completes the purchase.
When no specific shipping timeframe is stated, PPS Nutrition intends to process and ship the order within the period required by applicable law.
Delivery estimates may change after shipment because of:
- Carrier network conditions.
- Weather or natural disasters.
- Holidays or peak-season volume.
- Transportation interruptions.
- Address corrections or access issues.
- Security inspections or regulatory holds.
- Events outside the reasonable control of PPS Nutrition.
PPS Nutrition does not guarantee arrival by a specific date for medical, travel, competition, event, gift, or personal schedule purposes unless a written guaranteed service is expressly offered and purchased.
6. Delays, Backorders, and Unavailable Products
PPS Nutrition seeks to provide realistic shipping estimates based on inventory and fulfillment information available when the order is placed.
If PPS Nutrition cannot ship an item within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, PPS Nutrition may:
- Notify the customer of the delay.
- Provide a revised estimated shipping date.
- Request consent to continue waiting when required.
- Offer cancellation of the delayed or unshipped item.
- Issue a refund for any canceled and unshipped merchandise.
An order may be partially shipped when some items are available and others are delayed.
When partial shipment occurs, the customer may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
PPS Nutrition may cancel an unavailable product rather than hold the order indefinitely.
If PPS Nutrition cancels a paid but unshipped product, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear after submission is controlled by the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.
7. Shipping Address Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address before submitting an order.
The address should include, when applicable:
- Recipient's full name.
- Company or building name.
- Street number and street name.
- Apartment, suite, unit, floor, or building number.
- City.
- State, province, or region.
- Postal or ZIP code.
- Country.
- Valid phone number when reasonably required for delivery.
PPS Nutrition may use an address-validation or standardization service to identify possible corrections or formatting changes.
The customer remains responsible for confirming that the final address selected or submitted is correct.
Address validation does not guarantee that a location is accessible, occupied, secure, or accepted by every carrier.
Contact PPS Nutrition immediately if an address correction is needed.
Address changes are not guaranteed after payment confirmation or fulfillment begins.
For fraud-prevention or payment-security reasons, PPS Nutrition may decline an address-change request or require the order to be canceled and placed again.
PPS Nutrition is not responsible for loss, delay, return, or additional charges caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized address information supplied by the customer.
8. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, PPS Nutrition may provide the tracking number through:
- The customer's PPS Nutrition account.
- A shipment confirmation email.
- The order-detail page.
- A direct carrier tracking link.
Tracking information may not update immediately after a label is created.
A status such as “Label Created,” “Pre-Shipment,” or similar wording may mean that shipment information has been transmitted to the carrier but the package has not yet received its first physical scan.
Carrier tracking data is supplied by the carrier and may contain delays, estimated events, incorrect scans, duplicate scans, or temporary errors.
PPS Nutrition does not control the timing or accuracy of every carrier tracking update.
Customers should allow reasonable time for initial tracking activity before reporting that a package has not moved.
9. Delivery Confirmation
A package is generally considered delivered when the carrier records delivery to the shipping address or an authorized delivery location.
An authorized delivery location may include:
- A mailbox or parcel locker.
- A front door, porch, side entrance, or garage.
- A building reception area, concierge, mailroom, or leasing office.
- A workplace receiving area.
- A household member, neighbor, or person authorized to accept delivery.
- Another location selected through the carrier's delivery service.
Customers are responsible for providing a reasonably secure and accessible delivery location.
PPS Nutrition cannot guarantee that a carrier will obtain a signature unless a signature service is expressly included.
Customers should retrieve delivered packages promptly, especially when products may be affected by heat, cold, moisture, theft, or extended outdoor exposure.
A carrier delivery scan may be considered evidence of delivery, but PPS Nutrition may review additional information when a customer reports a legitimate delivery problem.
10. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect the shipping carton and products promptly after delivery.
Contact PPS Nutrition as soon as possible, generally within seven (7) calendar days after delivery, if:
- The shipping carton is crushed, torn, wet, punctured, or visibly tampered with.
- A product container is cracked, leaking, broken, or materially damaged.
- A manufacturer or safety seal is broken or compromised.
- Products are missing from the package.
- The package contains products different from those ordered.
The customer may be asked to provide photographs of:
- The exterior shipping carton.
- The shipping label.
- Internal packaging materials.
- The affected products.
- Manufacturer seals, lot numbers, or expiration dates.
Customers should retain the product, carton, packing materials, and shipping label until PPS Nutrition confirms that they are no longer required.
Resolution of damaged shipments is governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
11. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking does not show delivery and the estimated delivery period has passed, contact PPS Nutrition so available carrier information can be reviewed.
Before reporting a package as missing after a delivery scan, customers should:
- Confirm the shipping address on the order.
- Check all common delivery locations around the property.
- Check mailboxes, parcel lockers, reception areas, mailrooms, leasing offices, or concierge desks.
- Ask household members, neighbors, coworkers, or building personnel whether they accepted the package.
- Review any carrier delivery photograph or delivery note.
- Contact the carrier when appropriate.
PPS Nutrition may require a carrier investigation before approving a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Claims should be reported promptly because carriers may impose deadlines for investigations.
PPS Nutrition may deny a claim when evidence indicates that the package was delivered correctly, redirected by the customer, collected by an authorized person, or lost because of an inaccurate address.
PPS Nutrition is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery, but may assist with available carrier information and may offer a resolution in its discretion.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal right or valid payment dispute remedy.
12. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
A carrier may return a package to PPS Nutrition or its fulfillment partner because of:
- An incomplete or incorrect address.
- An unknown or unavailable recipient.
- Refusal of delivery.
- Failure to collect the package.
- Restricted access to the delivery location.
- Carrier or product restrictions.
- Damage occurring during transit.
- An unsuccessful series of delivery attempts.
If a package is returned, PPS Nutrition may contact the customer to determine whether the order should be reshipped, refunded, or otherwise resolved.
Reshipment is not guaranteed and may require:
- Confirmation or correction of the address.
- Payment of additional shipping charges.
- Product availability.
- Completion of fraud or identity review.
When a package is returned because of customer-provided address information, refusal, non-collection, or another customer-related reason, original shipping charges and carrier return fees may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
If a returned consumable product cannot safely be reshipped or returned to inventory, the product may be quarantined or disposed of.
13. Product, Destination, and Carrier Restrictions
Certain products may not be eligible for every shipping method or destination.
Restrictions may arise from:
- Manufacturer distribution policies.
- Federal, state, local, territorial, or international law.
- Product ingredients or classification.
- Carrier policies.
- Temperature, storage, size, weight, or handling requirements.
- Product recalls or safety concerns.
- Geographic sales or licensing restrictions.
PPS Nutrition may remove a restricted product from an order, require a different shipping method, or cancel the affected item.
Any amount collected for a canceled and unshipped item will be refunded to the original payment method.
14. Risk of Loss and Carrier Responsibility
Shipping carriers operate independently from PPS Nutrition.
Carrier delays, route decisions, delivery scans, handling practices, and service interruptions are generally controlled by the carrier.
Risk-of-loss and transfer-of-title rules may vary based on applicable law, the transaction, and carrier arrangements.
Nothing in this Policy transfers risk to a customer earlier than permitted by applicable law or limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
PPS Nutrition may assist customers with legitimate carrier claims, but assistance does not guarantee that a carrier will approve a claim.
Customers remain responsible for safeguarding packages after confirmed delivery to the supplied address or authorized delivery location.
